When it comes to Car Service, proper planning is the first crucial step. We recommend you arrange your transfer as soon as you finalize your air tickets or other travel arrangements connected to your car service needs.
Our Destin area is not a big population center, yet with a busy tourist traffic in the season. Availability issues can be exacerbated by a relatively distant commercial airport. Most accommodations will be between 30 to 60 minutes away from the closest airport – Destin -Fort Walton Beach – VPS. All that contributes to unpredictable heavy demand at certain times and hence become challenging to accommodate.
What best describes our service is a Black Car or a Private Transfer. We recommend that you call a few days or at least 12 hours in advance to schedule it, either by phone, text, online reservation form or email. On Many occasions we are able to accommodate trip requests even on a short notice, so please call us.
We operate a fleet of Full-Size SUV’s, 14 Passenger Luxury Vans and a 40 Passenger Motorcoach.
When scheduling your transfer, we ask for Your name, e-mail, cell phone, address or Hotel, number of people and desired arrival time at the airport or other destination. Based on that we will recommend pick up time and quote a rate. When we schedule a pick up from The Airport, we also ask for your Flight number and airline on arrival so we can track it and ensure timely arrival for your pick up.
After we setup the reservation you will be receiving an emailed confirmation with a link to your trip. Opening this link will keep you updated about Vehicle and driver assignment, as well as driver contact and location status.
When we are picking you up from the airports, the drivers follow the flight and establish contact with you as soon as you land, with specific directions where they will meet you.
We are permitted to pick up from Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport -VPS; Pensacola International Airport – PNS; Northwest Beaches International Airport – ECP and the Private airport in Destin – Atlantic Aviation – DSI/DTS.
Majority of our pickups and demand are coming from Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport -VPS and they are easier to service. When you would need a transfer to one of the farther Airports like PNS or ECP, we recommend that you make arrangements earlier – at least several days before the trip.
We have a dedicated reservation and dispatch team to ensure timely communication in case of changes and additional information required. All vehicles are GPS tracked to ensure most up to date status of your pick up and trip.
